APC Studio is an end-to-end solution built on solid foundations

Before joining APC Build,  I developed a passion for cabinetry design. This introduced me to the intricacies of various products used in joinery, further sparking my interest in the world of design.

As the Design Manager at APC Studio, I work closely with our talented interior designers and all departments to bring our clients’ dream homes to life.

What I love most about my role is helping families create homes where they can build memories. Seeing the joy on our clients’ faces when we perfectly capture their vision is incredibly rewarding. Being part of a family-run business and working alongside such dedicated people, makes every day enjoyable.

With over two decades of experience in the building and construction industry, I began my career in 2002 after completing an apprenticeship in Cabinet Making. I later moved into commercial joinery, where I served as a Senior Project Manager for Lockin Lockers.

My journey led me to APC Build, where I currently liaise with clients and architects to facilitate discussion in relation to the project brief and tender.

What excites me most about my work is seeing homes come to life — from the initial 2D plans to the final, tangible, reality. I thrive on the collaboration and the energy in the office, and I find great satisfaction in discussing potential builds with clients.

Hayley is one of our Senior Interior Designers, she brings a remarkable 15-year background in design and construction, with experience spanning commercial, retail, and residential projects across Australasia. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Interior Architecture from the Design and Arts College of New Zealand, Hayley has been part of large-scale projects throughout Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, New Zealand, and Australia, where her innovative approach has left a lasting impact.

Hayley’s role allows her to immerse herself in each phase of a project, from concept to completion, working closely with both team members and clients. Her passion lies in creating spaces that enhance every aspect of family life—whether it’s cooking, working, or relaxing. She finds fulfilment in ensuring these environments are as functional as they are beautiful, carefully blending practicality and aesthetic appeal to bring clients’ dream homes to life.

With 17 years of experience in interior design, Patrizia brings a wealth of industry insight and creativity to APC Studio as one of our Senior Interior Designers. Her background includes pivotal roles at some of Australia’s leading residential builders, including Porter Davis Homes, where she honed her expertise in creating bespoke display homes, and Henley Homes, where she led design teams and studio operations. Patrizia holds an Advanced Diploma in Arts, Interior Design and Decoration from Melbourne Polytechnic.

Since joining APC Build, Patrizia has been instrumental in launching the APC Studio and transforming the client experience. Her vision is to provide a seamless, in-house design journey for our clients, fostering strong supplier relationships, securing top trade discounts, and delivering tailored interiors that bring every client’s dream home to life. Her passion lies in guiding clients from concept through to completion, creating uniquely personal spaces they can enjoy for generations to come.

With a deep-rooted passion for building, I began my journey through an informal carpentry and building apprenticeship alongside my grandfather, whose craftsmanship and wisdom left a lasting impression on me. Having co-founded APC Build in 2010, I have gained an extensive understanding of the building industry including the trends and pitfalls that have shaped our economic climate.

As Managing Director of APC Build, I knew there was a smarter way to design and build custom architectural homes that made the entire process seamless for the client, builder, architect & trade teams. And so APC Studio was born from a need to service the industry in a smarter more efficient way.

Building personalised homes is not just my profession; it’s my passion. I’m driven by my appreciation of the craft and the positive impact we create for our clients. As a proud recipient of the 2019 MBAV Young Master Builder of the Year, my focus remains on continually growing both our team and our company culture.

I’ve been passionate about building since I was young. Starting with a four-year apprenticeship and earning a diploma in plumbing and gas fitting, I’ve always had a hands-on approach to my craft.

For me, building is more than just a job — it’s about creating something meaningful. Whether it’s assisting with a dream home or finding solutions to complex problems, seeing the final product and happy clients makes the hard work worth it.
