A grand circular skylight defines the arrival, while carefully considered openings allow natural light to filter through every space. The result is a home that feels calm, balanced, and consistent throughout the day.
The planning supports long-term, flexible living, a lift connects all levels seamlessly, while the basement has been designed as a fully independent space—complete with its own ensuite and kitchenette. Currently used as a music and entertainment zone, it’s adaptable and extends the functionality of the home – well beyond its primary living areas.

The children’s bedrooms are simple, functional, and built to last. Their ensuites feature sintered stone surfaces, selected for durability and consistency with the broader material palette—practical decisions executed with the same level of care as the rest of the home.
Subtle curves are introduced throughout to soften transitions and guide movement. They’re not overplayed, but they make a difference—removing the harshness of purely linear design and improving how the home feels to live in.
Bathrooms follow a consistent approach. Materials are restrained, detailing is clean, and spaces feel calm and resolved. Fluted glass provides privacy without blocking light, while floating vanities and precise junctions reinforce the architectural language. In contrast, the powder room introduces soft Jade Onyx—adding depth and individuality without disrupting the home’s balance.
This same discipline carries through to the exterior. Strong forms define the façade, softened by curves and grounded by a restrained palette, including English Walnut stained Accoya timber battens.
At the rear, the home opens into a clean, well-resolved outdoor space. The pool, finished in Klay tiles, provides subtle depth and texture, while the landscaping remains simple and controlled. A pool house sits naturally within the setting, extending the home’s entertaining capacity.
The alfresco kitchen is custom designed and clad in sintered stone, complete with BBQ, side burner, sink and pizza oven—highly functional while remaining visually aligned. A custom metal pool fence maintains clear visibility without the maintenance typically associated with alternative systems.
